These Messaging Terms govern the SMS and email messaging programs operated by InTouchTeam, LLC ("InTouchTeam"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program description
When you opt in, InTouchTeam and its family of brands may send you recurring SMS text messages and emails, which may include account and service notifications, appointment and order updates, customer-care replies, and — where you have consented — promotional messages. Messages come only from the InTouchTeam family of brands, never from outside third parties. You opt in directly through our opt-in form, and your consent is recorded with the date, time, and the exact language you agreed to.
Consent
Consent to receive messages is given by you directly and is not a condition of any purchase. We do not add anyone to a messaging program without their explicit, affirmative opt-in.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the program and your activity. You may receive messages in response to your actions (such as a confirmation) or on a recurring basis for the programs you opted into.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. InTouchTeam does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply to each message you send or receive. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out — STOP
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number. You may also opt out of SMS, email, or both at any time using our opt-out form.
How to get help — HELP
If you need assistance, reply HELP to any message, email us at support@intouchteam.com, or visit our contact page. A HELP reply will return our support contact information.
Supported carriers
Messaging is supported across major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and device.
Email messaging
Email messages include a working unsubscribe link in every message. Unsubscribing from email does not affect any SMS program you are enrolled in, and vice versa — each channel is managed independently, and you can opt out of either or both at any time.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in and SMS consent data are collected directly from you and are never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
