InTouchTeam, LLC ("InTouchTeam," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — with particular care for mobile and SMS consent data.
SMS & mobile consent data
Mobile opt-in and SMS consent data are collected directly from the user and are never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to provide our messaging services:
- Contact details you provide — your name, mobile phone number, email address, and business name when you opt in or contact us.
- Consent records — the specific consent language you agreed to, along with the date, time, and source of your opt-in.
- Message activity — delivery status and opt-out (STOP) or help (HELP) requests, so we can honor your preferences.
- Limited technical data — basic information such as IP address and browser type collected when you submit a form, used for security and fraud prevention.
How we use your information
- To send the SMS and email messages you have opted in to receive.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To process and permanently honor opt-out and preference requests.
- To maintain records of consent as required for compliance.
- To secure our services and prevent abuse.
How we share information — and what we never share
InTouchTeam is the messaging operator for its own commonly-owned family of brands. When you opt in, you may hear from any of these InTouchTeam brands — but never from outside third parties, and we do not message on anyone else's behalf. We draw a firm line around consent data:
- We never sell your information. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
- Mobile opt-in and SMS consent data are never shared or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt-in is used solely to deliver the InTouchTeam family messaging programs you consented to. It is operated by InTouchTeam and is not sold, repurposed, redistributed, or provided to any outside party for that party's own independent marketing.
- Service providers. We use a small number of vetted vendors (for example, our messaging carriers and email delivery infrastructure) strictly to transmit the messages you requested. They may process your information only to perform that delivery on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with sub-processors solely to provide the service (such as carriers that transmit the message), and not for any independent marketing use.
Your choices and opt-out
You are always in control of the messages you receive:
- SMS: reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Anytime: submit our opt-out / do-not-contact form or email us at support@intouchteam.com.
Data retention
We retain contact and consent records for as long as you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to document consent and opt-out history, satisfy legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to those who need it to provide the service.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@intouchteam.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through our website or other appropriate means.
